Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6. September 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through healthcareworkers.eu, why we collect it and what rights you have. We keep it short, because this website collects very little: it has no user accounts, sells nothing and sets no cookies.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is:
Zdravstvena.info Miha Cuznar, s.p.
Cesta 1. maja 67, 4270 Jesenice, Slovenia
VAT ID: SI 66976669
Email: team@healthcareworkers.eu
2. What we collect
Only two things:
- What you send us through the enquiry form: your name, organization, email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — country, the roles you are recruiting for and your message.
- Basic technical information that comes with the request: the date and time, the language version you used and a shortened network address (the last part of your IP address is removed before we store it).
We use no advertising or social media trackers and we do not build profiles.
Visit statistics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records which pages are opened, roughly where visitors come from and which device they use. Your IP address is shortened before processing. Nothing is loaded and nothing is measured until you agree, and you can withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To keep the form from being abused (spam, automated submissions). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This is why we store the shortened network address.
- To measure how the website is used. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name, organization and email address we cannot reply to you.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the day we receive them and are then deleted automatically. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, the related correspondence may be kept longer where accounting or contract law requires it.
5. Who can see it
Your enquiry is read by the people at our company who handle enquiries. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
The website and the mailbox are hosted by our hosting provider in Slovenia, which acts as a processor on our behalf. The data stays within the European Union — we make no transfers to third countries.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy of it,
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete,
- delete your data,
- restrict how we use it,
- send it to you or another controller in a machine-readable format,
- stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interest.
Write to team@healthcareworkers.eu and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec (Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
7. Cookies and analytics
Until you answer the cookie banner, nothing is stored on your device. Afterwards we store your choice, and — only if you agreed — the Google Analytics cookies. Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The full list is in our Cookie notice.
8. Children
This website is aimed at employers and recruitment agencies, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
If we change how we handle personal data — for example if we later add analytics — we will update this page before the change takes effect.
